Booking: Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our customer service.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a fee.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Liability
Americas Tours Inc. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
